How long until my order ships?+
Everything is printed to order. Production takes 2–3 business days, then US delivery is typically another 2–3. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the facility.
How much is shipping?+
Standard US shipping is $6.95 and free on orders over $75.00. Express is available at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery after production.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Right now we ship to the US and Canada. If you're somewhere else, get on the newsletter — we'll announce it there when that changes.
How do the tees fit?+
Relaxed fit, true to size. If you're between sizes, size up. Hoodies and crewnecks are cut relaxed on purpose — size down one if you want them trim. Full measurements are on the sizing page.
What if it doesn't fit?+
Email us within 30 days and we'll sort out an exchange for a different size. The item has to be unworn and unwashed. We cover the replacement; you cover return shipping.
Can I return something I just don't like?+
Yes, within 30 days, unworn and unwashed, for a refund to the original payment method. Because every piece is printed to order we can't restock it, so we ask you to be reasonably sure before you buy.
How should I wash it?+
Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low. No bleach, and don't iron directly on the print. Water-based ink sits in the fabric rather than on top of it, so it holds up — but heat is still the enemy.
Will the print crack?+
Not if you wash it cold and dry it low. The ink is cured into the garment rather than sitting on it as a plastic film, which is exactly what cracks on cheaper prints.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email us right away. If it hasn't gone into production we can change or cancel it. Once it's printing, we can't — that's the tradeoff of made-to-order.
