Terms of Service
Effective August 30, 2026. These terms apply whenever you use this site or buy something from it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an inability to fulfill it — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax and shipping. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before charging you rather than silently cancelling.
Made to order
Every item is produced after you order it. Once production begins, an order can't be changed or cancelled. Our returns policy still applies after delivery.
Product appearance
Colors vary between screens, and printed garments carry normal production tolerance — placement can differ by a small margin between individual pieces. That is a characteristic of printed apparel, not a defect. Anything genuinely wrong or defective, we replace.
Promotional codes
Codes apply to eligible items only, can't be combined with a storewide sale, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn at any time. Where a code and a sale overlap, our checkout applies whichever is cheaper for you.
Intellectual property
The MXTEES name, marks, graphics, and site content belong to us. Buying a garment gives you the garment — not a license to reproduce the artwork on it. Don't reprint our designs.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site
- Don't place orders you don't intend to pay for
- Don't misrepresent who you are at checkout
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before anything formal, email us — nearly everything is solvable that way.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. The terms in force when you placed an order are the ones that govern it.
