Privacy Policy
Effective August 30, 2026. Plain English, because you should be able to tell what happens to your information.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. We need all of it to make and deliver your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email address, if you sign up for the newsletter.
- Basic analytics — page views and aggregate traffic patterns. No cross-site tracking and no advertising pixels.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe — payment processing. Receives your payment and billing details directly.
- Printify and its print providers — receives your name and shipping address so your order can be produced and shipped.
- Resend — sends your receipt, shipping notice, and newsletter.
- Google Firebase — stores order records and site content.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregate analytics.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We will disclose it if legally compelled, and we'll tell you if we're permitted to.
Cookies
Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. We use a small number of functional cookies — a preview flag, and an admin session cookie that only applies to store staff. No advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Rate-limiting records are hashed and expire automatically.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer
- Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing privacy@mxtees.com
- Order records tied to a completed purchase may be retained even after a deletion request, where the law requires it
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and, for anything significant, tell subscribers by email.
