Shipping & Returns
Made to order in the United States. Here's exactly what that means for timing and what happens if something isn't right.
Production
Nothing is pre-printed. When you order, the garment is pulled, printed, cured, and quality-checked — that takes 2–3 business days before it enters the mail stream. Orders placed on a weekend start production Monday.

Transit time is counted after production, not from when you place the order. Express buys you a faster carrier, not a faster printer.
Where we ship
United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the carrier — those are set by your country, not by us, and we can't waive or refund them.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned. You can also look up any order with your order number and email on the order tracking page.
Returns & exchanges
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for a different size.
- Exchanges: we cover the replacement, you cover return shipping
- Refunds: return shipping is deducted unless the item was wrong or defective
- Wrong item or a print defect: we cover everything, no return needed
- Sale items are returnable on the same terms
Start any return by emailing hello@mxtees.com with your order number. Don't ship anything back before you hear from us — we may not need it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stalls for more than seven days or the package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo if there is one. We'll reprint and reship it. You don't have to fight the carrier — that's our job.
Changes and cancellations
Email us immediately. If production hasn't started we can change the size, the address, or cancel outright. Once it's printing, the garment exists and can't go back on the shelf.
